TOEFL - iBT and IELTS Cutoff Scores

The following is the Minimum TOEFL score expected from an international student; please do not apply to a school if your TOEFL score is less than required. The Cut-off scores are subject to change every semester; so please check with the Graduate office of the respective school.
Cut-off scores also vary from program to program; the following table is for the engineering programs.
For most people applying now the TOEFL iBT score is relevant. PBT or Paper based TOEFL score is used only if iBT score is not available.
American universities have also started accepting IELTS scores. Equivalent IELTS score is also provided below.
