Graduate students have greater opportunities of earning and funding their
studies.
They are offered TA,RA, On campus jobs etc.
Undergraduate international students are not offered TAs. Some Colleges in rare instances do offer RAs. International students are also
not eligible for FAFSA - which is available only to American citizens or

About GPA and Class Position
Question
Some universities encourage converting % to GPA, while some ask to simply report the scores.
In a way, my 63% in B.Engg from Mumbai univ would seem too low against university from south India where toppers easily score 85% to 90%(contrary to 75% in Mumbai University).

Please keep these points in mind while selecting your universities.
